We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented freelance AI Maintenance & Support Specialist to help deliver our AI System Care Plan — a monthly service designed to keep our clients’ chatbots, automations, and intelligent workflows running at peak performance.
About the Role
You’ll play a hands-on role in monitoring, maintaining, and optimising AI systems for small and medium-sized businesses. Your tasks will include monthly health checks, applying system fixes or improvements (up to 2 hours per client), generating clear PDF reports, and offering responsive email support.
This is a freelance/contractor role with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client AI systems monthly to identify issues and optimisation opportunities
- Perform fixes, updates, and small enhancements
- Create and send improvement reports in PDF format
- Respond to client email queries within 48 hours
- Stay up to date on changes to supported AI platforms
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with AI tools such as chatbots, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows (e.g. Zapier, Make, Dialogflow, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
