We’re seeking a skilled and proactive freelance professional to deliver our AI Business Efficiency Audit — a streamlined, remote service that helps SMEs uncover simple, high-impact automation opportunities to save time and cut costs.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for conducting detailed audits of a client’s core business workflow, identifying practical automation opportunities, and recommending budget-friendly AI tools. This role is 100% remote, requires no client meetings, and must be completed within a 10-business-day turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client intake forms to understand their workflow and challenges.
- Create a clear visual workflow map.
- Identify 3 realistic automation opportunities with fast ROI.
- Recommend up to 5 AI tools tailored to the client’s needs.
- Provide a simple ROI estimate and a 3-step Quick Wins action plan.
- Deliver a professional, easy-to-understand written report.
Requirements:
- Experience with AI/automation tools and process optimisation
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong written communication and visual documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Experience working with small businesses or SMEs preferred
Terms:
- Freelance/contract basis to start
- Scope: One audit per client (with potential for ongoing work)
