We’re looking for a proactive and skilled AI Chatbot Integration Specialist to help us deliver high-quality, no-code chatbot solutions to small business clients. This freelance role has strong potential to evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for building and integrating AI chatbots onto client websites, customising them to match brand tone and business goals, and ensuring smooth, no-code setup and delivery. You’ll also create simple user guides and occasionally support clients with FAQs or lead capture strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom chatbot flows using no-code platforms
• Integrate chatbots into client websites
• Upload FAQs and configure lead capture tools
• Produce 1-page management guides and walkthrough documentation
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and feedback
• Deliver completed projects within a 10-business-day timeline

Requirements

• Proven experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., ManyChat, Tidio, Chatbase, Landbot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of conversational design and UX
• Basic web integration skills (no coding required, but must be tech-savvy)
• Excellent written English and documentation skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines independently

Bonus Points

• Experience working with small businesses or startups
• Knowledge of lead generation strategy
• Familiarity with appointment booking integrations or multilingual chatbot setup
